Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions.
Effective 29 April 2026 · Operator Musa Jey, sole trader · Jurisdiction England & Wales
Bismillāh. These terms govern your use of any service or program operated by Musa Jey Consulting — including the free One-Man Show live training and the paid 6-Week AI Accelerator. By registering for the training or enrolling in the program, you agree to these terms.
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Musa Jey Consulting ("MJC", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Musa Jey as a UK sole trader. They take effect the moment you register for any MJC training, enrol in any paid program, or otherwise use any service we provide.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not register, do not enrol, and do not use the service. If you have already paid and disagree with a material change to these terms, contact us under §13 for a pro-rata refund where appropriate.
2. Eligibility
- The free webinar (One-Man Show) is open to anyone aged 16 or over.
- The paid 6-Week AI Accelerator requires you to be aged 18 or over, legally able to enter into a contract, and personally responsible for any business decisions you make using what you learn.
If we discover you do not meet the age requirement, we will terminate your access and refund any program fee paid (less any payment-processing fees that have already been incurred).
3. The free webinar — One-Man Show
The webinar is a free 60-minute live training delivered on Google Meet at the date and time stated on the registration page. By registering, you accept that:
- Attendance is at your discretion. We are not responsible if you miss the live session for any reason.
- The replay is shared with registrants only and is not posted publicly. You may watch it for personal, educational use; you may not download, redistribute, or repost any portion of it.
- The webinar is for educational purposes. It is not, and does not constitute, financial, legal, religious, or business advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
- We may pitch the 6-Week AI Accelerator at the end of the session. You are under no obligation to enrol.
4. The 6-Week AI Accelerator — what's included
The Accelerator is a structured, time-bounded program designed to help Muslim founders, coaches, and creators install AI workflows into their businesses without compromising the deen.
What you get
- 6 weekly live group coaching calls with Musa over Google Meet (replays sent to enrolled participants only).
- Private community access for the duration of the program — peer support, asynchronous Q&A, and shared progress updates.
- One-to-one strategy sessions with Musa during the 6 weeks (number, length, and scheduling specified in your enrollment confirmation).
- Additional program assets as detailed in your enrollment confirmation (e.g. Claude commands, templates, workflows). All such assets remain MJC intellectual property — see §7.
What it isn't
- It is not a done-for-you service. You implement; we coach, advise, and unblock.
- It is not financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Decisions about your business remain yours.
- It is not a substitute for the work, niyyah, or tawakkul required to grow a business.
5. Payment terms
The Accelerator is offered as a pay-in-full enrollment at the price stated at the time of your application or strategy call. Once payment is made, your seat is reserved and program access is granted from the cohort start date.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
- All prices are in GBP unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable VAT, where due, is added at checkout.
- Once enrolled, your obligation is to pay for the program in full. Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by §6 (the Result Guarantee) and §11 (Termination).
- Chargebacks made without first contacting us under §13 are a breach of these terms and may result in termination, forfeiture of any guarantee eligibility, and recovery of legal costs.
6. The 5-Client Result Guarantee
The promise
If you don't sign 5 paying clients within the 6-week program — and you've done the work — we refund 100% of your program fee.
This is a real, conditional, results-based guarantee. It exists to align our incentives with yours: we win when you win.
To be eligible for the refund, all four conditions must be met
- Attendance. You attended at least 5 of the 6 weekly group coaching calls live. Replay-watching does not count toward attendance.
- Module completion. You completed 100% of the program's core modules and submitted any deliverables tied to them.
- Action quotas. You completed the documented weekly outreach / publishing / pipeline-building action targets assigned by Musa during the program. Documentation must be visible inside the community or your private folder.
- 1-to-1 sessions. You attended every scheduled one-to-one strategy session with Musa, or rescheduled in advance with at least 24 hours' notice.
Definition of "5 paying clients"
- A "paying client" is any individual or entity that has paid you (or your business) at least £100 GBP or equivalent in cleared funds for a service rendered during the 6-week program window.
- Clients won before the program start date do not count.
- Refunded transactions, free pilots, and friend-and-family payments do not count.
- Recurring instalments from a single client count as one client, not multiple.
How to claim
Within 14 days of the program end date, email info@kmconsulting.co with the subject line "5-Client Guarantee Claim". Include:
- Your full name and the cohort start date
- Confirmation that you have met all four eligibility conditions
- Documentation of the paying-client count (e.g. Stripe receipts, invoices, signed contracts)
We respond within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 working days of approval.
What voids the guarantee
Failing to meet any one of the four eligibility conditions, breaching the Code of Conduct (§8), redistributing program IP (§7), or initiating a chargeback before contacting us — any of these voids your guarantee eligibility. The program fee then stands as a payment for services rendered.
This guarantee covers the program fee only. We are not liable for any other costs you incur during the program (software subscriptions, advertising spend, hiring, taxes, etc.) — see §10.
7. Intellectual property
All program materials — including but not limited to recorded modules, live-call recordings, Claude commands, prompt libraries, templates, frameworks, slide decks, written notes, and any custom assets created for or distributed within the Accelerator — are the proprietary intellectual property of Musa Jey Consulting.
Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal-use licence to:
- View and download materials for your own learning
- Apply techniques and frameworks within your own business
- Take personal notes for your own reference
You are not permitted to:
- Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share materials with anyone outside your enrollment
- Post Claude commands, prompts, frameworks, or templates publicly (including in screenshots, gists, GitHub repos, or social posts) without written consent
- Publicly display, perform, or rebrand any portion of the program
- Use the materials to train competing services, courses, or coaching offers
Breach of this section is grounds for immediate termination (§11), forfeiture of any refund or guarantee eligibility, and recovery of legal and recovery costs.
8. Code of conduct (halal community standards)
The Accelerator is a Muslim-led community. By enrolling, you agree to uphold the following standards inside any group call, community channel, or shared workspace operated by MJC:
- Modesty in shared media. No sexually suggestive imagery, nudity, or content that would breach baseline Islamic modesty norms in a mixed-gender setting. Modesty applies on-camera and off.
- No haram lifestyle promotion. No promotion of alcohol, gambling, riba-based products, music-led marketing, or other haram offers — either in your own work shared in the community, or in your advice to other members.
- No riba framing in advice. Do not advise other members to use interest-based finance, BNPL with interest, or any structurally riba-coded mechanism. Halal alternatives are preferred and welcomed.
- Respect. No harassment, mockery, sectarian aggression, doxxing, or coordinated piling on. Disagreement is fine; insult and intimidation are not.
- Confidentiality. What's shared in the community stays in the community. Don't screenshot another member's private message and post it elsewhere without their consent.
- Honesty. Don't misrepresent yourself, your business, or your results inside the community to look more impressive than you are. The program works because the room is honest.
Breach of this section may result in a warning, suspension, or removal from the program (§11). Removal "for cause" forfeits both refund and guarantee eligibility.
9. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate enrollment information. False information (about identity, age, business, country) is grounds for termination.
- Protect your login credentials. Don't share access with non-enrolled people. Each enrollment is for one named person.
- Comply with the laws of your jurisdiction — including advertising standards, tax obligations, data protection, and any regulated industry rules that apply to your business.
- Take full responsibility for your own business decisions and outcomes. Coaching is input; the work is yours.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Results disclaimer
Building a business is hard. Results vary based on your effort, niyyah, prior experience, market conditions, niche, capital, time available, and many factors outside our control. Anything we share — case studies, testimonials, examples — is illustrative, not predictive. No specific income, client count (other than as governed by §6), or business outcome is guaranteed.
Educational purpose
All MJC content is for educational and coaching purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, religious advice (we are not scholars — see §15 of our Privacy Policy), or any form of regulated professional service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MJC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or any program shall not exceed the fee you actually paid for the program in question.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
11. Termination
- By you. You may cease participating at any time by emailing us. Cessation does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund — refunds are governed exclusively by §6.
- By us, for cause. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without refund if you breach §7 (IP), §8 (Code of Conduct), or §9 (Responsibilities); initiate a chargeback without first contacting us; or behave in a manner that is disruptive, harmful, or contrary to the safety and integrity of the program.
- By us, without cause. In the rare case we choose to remove you without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your program fee on a pro-rata basis.
12. Communications
By registering or enrolling, you consent to receive operational emails relating to the program — confirmations, joining links, reminders, replays, and post-program follow-up. These are not marketing and you cannot opt out without losing access to the service you signed up for.
Marketing emails (offers, future trainings, content newsletters) are sent only with your separate opt-in consent and have a one-click unsubscribe in every message. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-use breakdown.
13. Contact & complaints
Get in touch first
For any complaint, refund query, guarantee claim, or other concern under these terms, email info@kmconsulting.co with a clear subject line. We respond within 5 working days, and resolve most matters within 30 days.
Initiating a chargeback or formal dispute before contacting us is a breach of §5 and may void your guarantee.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, save where consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve, the law changes, or to clarify ambiguity. The "Effective" date at the top will always reflect the current version. For material changes (e.g. price, guarantee structure, IP terms), we will notify enrolled participants by email at least 14 days in advance. Material changes do not retroactively affect cohorts already underway.
Continuing to use our services after a non-material change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to a material change, contact us under §13.
16. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any enrollment confirmation document we send you, form the entire agreement between you and MJC regarding the services covered, and supersede any prior representations not written into these documents.
